Privacy policy
Mythmade (“we”, “us”) builds AI systems, automations and software for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you submit the project form, we collect what you choose to give us:
- A description of your idea or project
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you provide it
Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the site that referred you. We use this only in aggregate to understand traffic and keep the site running securely.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project
- To prepare proposals, plans or estimates you’ve asked for
- To improve our website and services
- To meet legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse
We don’t send you marketing you didn’t ask for, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and our business, including our website host (Netlify), which receives and stores form submissions, and email and productivity tools we use to respond to you. These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us. If we work on your project, we may use AI services to help draft plans and responses; we don’t share your information with them for any purpose other than serving you.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of our relationship and any period required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live — including California, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA — you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We will respond to verifiable requests within the time required by law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page.
